All the items in the selected menu shall be served at the buffet table.
A plate count at the buffet table shall be done in the presence of both parties before the event begins.
The customer will be subject to pay a non-refundable event registration fee of MVR 2000.00 South Catering Pvt.Ltd
An advance payment of 50 percent of the total price should be paid to South Catering, before 30 days of the event date.
As a final confirmation, the remaining 50 percent of the total price should be paid to South Catering Pvt.Ltd, before the 7th day (one week) from the event date.
The Service Contract shall be signed ONLY once all payments have been made by the customer, and all payments made will be demand non –refundable after this final confirmation.
Incase of event cancellation, the customer should notify south catering Pvt.Ltd.in writing or via email.All payments made by the customer, excluding the registration fee will be refundable only if the cancellations done after this will NOT be subject to any refunds.
Guest exceeding the reservation made,shall be charged an extra MVR 15/- per head, on top of the selected menu price.The number of EXTRA guests will be agreed in writing by both parties at then end of the event.
Payment for extra guests shall be made within 7 days (one week) from the event date,failure to do so will incur a 10 percent fine of the payments for everyday that exceeds the 7 day duration.
The customer should assign a contact person for the event and should be available at all times, and south Catering Pvt.Ltd.Shall not be held responsible for any failure due to miscommunication.
